Job Description
Our warehouse operations at Aldi ensure that products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our ever-growing customer base. Our warehouse team members typically work fewer than 30 hours per week and are essential to maintaining our efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments from trucks.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
- Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product and consult with warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
- Assist warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals and follow established procedures and ergonomic program.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and operate powered industrial equipment.
