3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and performing general cleaning and inventory tasks. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse management to ensure the quality and safety of products and the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and conduct warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to warehouse management for process improvements and product quality.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare products for store deliveries.
• Frequently sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
