Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky will manage and close new business opportunities by developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. Working closely with owners and managers, the Project Director plays a crucial role in sales, revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Oversee revenue production in accordance with monthly goals.
- Develop project budgets to meet target margins.
- Lead business development meetings and networking events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction field.
- Construction estimating experience, Xactimate knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, project management, and financial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- Desirable certifications: OSHA 10/30, CPR, First Aid.
