Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters. This role entails developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in collaboration with property owners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Sales, revenue, and profit margin management
• AR & Collections oversight
• Negotiating contracts and executing sales
• Business development activities and estimating proficiency
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating with internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
• Construction estimating and/or large loss experience required
• Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Xactimate software preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
