Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is a pivotal role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with property owners and managers, this position involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters, both natural and man-made.
Responsibilities
- Sales growth and achievement of revenue targets
- Contract negotiation and execution
- Estimating project budgets and maintaining profit margins
- Managing near-term opportunities, business development activities, and customer satisfaction
- Effective coordination with internal teams for project completion
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Proficiency in construction estimating and project management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role
