Responsibilities
- Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, etc.
- Respond to alarms, determine emergency status, and report findings.
- Perform other assigned maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
