Job Description
Ophthalmic Specialists of Michigan (OSM) is seeking a dependable and highly motivated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will work collaboratively with clinic physicians to perform basic, advanced, and complex manual and automated medical tests to facilitate accurate medical diagnoses. This position offers an excellent training program for professional development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient work-ups and perform refractions.
- Administer ancillary tests such as OCT, Visual Field, and IOL measurement.
- Demonstrate exceptional computer skills and effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
