Job Description: Senior Plant Finance Analyst

As a Senior Plant Finance Analyst at Shearer's, you will play a crucial role in leading financial activities at the plant, driving process enhancements, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Your responsibilities include financial reporting, spend management, budgeting, variance investigation, financial modeling, and productivity forecasting. Collaborating with plant leadership, you will provide financial impact analysis, support initiatives, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead plant financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Ensure fiscal integrity in accounting practices and financial decision-making.
• Provide financial impact analysis and cost-saving recommendations.
• Support plant initiatives by validating cost assumptions and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational productivity and strategic initiatives.
• Develop new product costing models and assess productivity impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record of influencing decision-making processes.
