Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
- Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
