Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
