Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and customers are provided with exceptional service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Support inventory management and accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
• Perform various physical tasks around the store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash handling and equipment operation skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work well independently and within a team
• Comply with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience beneficial
• Combination of education and experience considered
