Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
