Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our warehouse team at ALDI. As a Part-Time Warehouse Entry Level employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. With a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, this position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
