Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Entry Level employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a diverse work environment.
Position Type
- Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment and perform various physical tasks.
- Work in varying temperatures, hot/cold environments.
