Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and prepared for delivery to our stores. You'll work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, collaborating with a dedicated team of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, bending, standing, and operating industrial equipment.
