1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. You will be involved in various shifts and schedules to efficiently manage warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in execution.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse productivity in varying temperatures.
