Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best service. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to collaborate, adapt, and work efficiently.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
