1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi, a market-leading company. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle and organize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve operational processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in various warehouse environments.
