Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. With competitive starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, this role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment.
