We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders efficiently, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
