1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. The average hours for this position range from 30 to 35 hours per week, with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
