Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs cleaning, inventory counts, and communicates effectively.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and follows safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution abilities.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
