Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Cashiers/Stockers at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. As a Cashier, you will process purchases and provide outstanding customer service, while Stockers will ensure shelves are stocked and displays are well-organized.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean checkout areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Report product issues and assist in inventory maintenance
- Adhere to cash handling policies
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness
- Follow merchandising guidelines for appealing displays
- Organize inventory and operate machinery safely
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and work independently or in a team
- Previous retail experience preferred
