Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks per company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions accurately.
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
