Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory, minimize losses, and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
