Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are efficiently stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Safe handling of store equipment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
