Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Weekly Hours: 32-40
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, Professional Skills) consistently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
