Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
  • Stock merchandise, maintain shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient and accurate cash register operation.
  • Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
