As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment, ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
