Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a bonus.
