Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to shoppers, assisting them throughout their visit.
• Work closely with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to uphold store security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail experience is an advantage.
