Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day store operations, supervising and developing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper signage.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise team operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
