Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
- Process customer transactions, stock shelves neatly, and provide top-tier customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management, offering feedback and suggestions.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
