Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness by stocking shelves and displaying merchandise neatly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, perform general cleaning tasks, and safely use store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
