Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling and selling alcoholic beverages where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment such as a cash register.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
