Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
