Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
- Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
