Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with the store management team.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and staying organized.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
