Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
