Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, assist with their shopping needs, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure products are organized and easily accessible for customers.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately while following company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to company policies, assist with inventory counts, and provide feedback on products and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, floor scrubber, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
