Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat and clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties following company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
