Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Aptitude for following instructions and working both independently and in a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
