Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Execute general cleaning duties and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register efficiently, following company cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
