Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, give feedback on products, and assist in inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
