Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and clean store, and collaborating with the team to deliver a great shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases and keep the store neat and organized.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and maintain accurate records.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
