Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
