Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate clearly with the team and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
