• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company guidelines
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain security measures
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently and perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
