Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Participate in store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
