Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for your own store. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage team performance, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and training store personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of budgeting and personnel management.
• Comfortable operating store equipment and cash register.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
